Terms of Service

1. Agreement
These terms govern your use of acslabtest.com and any quote request you submit through it. By using the site you agree to them. Testing work itself is performed under the quotation and any separate services agreement we sign with you; where those documents conflict with these terms, they control.
2. Research use only
All testing is provided for research, quality control, and manufacturing verification purposes. Results are not intended for clinical diagnosis or for making treatment decisions about any individual, and nothing on this site is medical advice. We do not sell, supply, or distribute peptides.
3. Samples you send us
You are responsible for packaging, labelling, shipping costs, and for complying with all applicable laws when shipping material to us. By submitting a sample you confirm you hold it lawfully and are authorised to have it tested. We may decline or dispose of any sample that is unsafe, mislabelled, unlawful, or outside the scope of our validated methods, and we may dispose of remaining sample material 30 days after reporting unless you have arranged return or longer storage.
4. Results and reports
A Certificate of Analysis describes only the sample as received, at the time it was tested. Standard turnaround is 9 to 11 business days from receipt of the sample and is an estimate, not a guarantee. You may not alter a report, quote from it out of context, or use it to imply that ACS endorses a product or supplier. Reports may be reproduced only in full.
5. Pricing and payment
Prices published on the site are current list prices and may change. The price for your work is the one stated on your quotation. Invoices are payable on the terms shown on the invoice, and we may pause work on overdue accounts.
6. Confidentiality
We treat your sample identity and results as confidential and do not publish or share client results without written permission, except where disclosure is required by law.
7. Intellectual property
Site content, text, images, and the ACS name and marks belong to ACS Peptide Testing Labs or its licensors. You may read and share pages for your own business use with attribution. Systematic scraping, republication, or use of our content to train commercial models without permission is not permitted. You retain ownership of data you supply to us.
8. Warranties and liability
We perform testing with reasonable skill and care using validated analytical methods. Apart from that, the site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of any engagement is limited to the fees paid for the affected testing, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, including lost profits or product recall costs. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Accounts and acceptable use
Keep your account credentials secure and tell us promptly of any suspected misuse. Do not attempt to access data that is not yours, disrupt the site, or submit false information through our forms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, and the state and federal courts located in Florida have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
